STEP 1/7
Add enough water to cover the eggs in a pot, and when the water boils, add a little bit of salt and 1 spoon of vinegar. And add 2 eggs. If I put in the egg and wait for 10 minutes, it'll be fully cooked, but I wanted to make it soft(?) so I took out the egg in about 8 minutes. After boiling the eggs, put them in cold water, cool them down, and peel them.
STEP 2/7
You can separate the egg from the white and break it separately.
I was lazy, so.. I just put the whole thing in and broke it with a spoon. Rather than crushing it too finely, I like it to have a certain texture.
STEP 3/7
I mashed the excitedly boiled egg and added 1 spoon of mayonnaise, 1 spoon of honey mustard, and salt and pepper.
I wanted to taste the sour taste, so I cut the cucumber pickle into two pieces and put it in.

STEP 4/7
Now that I've made the filling, please bake the bread deliciously.
Place plenty of butter in a heated pan, place the bread on top and bake crispy in front and back.
STEP 5/7
There was only one bread left at home, so I used only one bread. It would have been softer and better if I made it with morning bread, but I made it with bread because there was bread.
It's always best to make it with the ingredients at home!
Cut the bread into bite-size pieces and put the egg sarada on top of it.
STEP 6/7
Egg spread (egg sarada bread!
When I added the cucumber pickle, it was sour and the texture was very good! :) It was good that I didn't have to season it separately.
It's also good for drinking snacks or kids' snacks.
STEP 7/7
The bread is as small as possible and the filling of Sarada bread is plentiful, so it's really good as a simple side dish. It was a delicious and simple egg spread!
- It's delicious even if you make it into a morning bread!
