Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Mix rice with 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoons of salt, and 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds. Wash the sausage in hot water and bake it in sesame oil.
Chop carrots and stir-fry sesame oil with a pinch of salt.
Blanch spinach, dry it, and mix it with 1 tablespoon sesame oil and a pinch of salt.
Wash the ripe kimchi once, squeeze the water, cut it, add 1 tablespoon perilla oil, and 1 tablespoon of sugar and season it.
Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and a pinch of salt to the egg, beat it well, cover low heat with sesame oil, and fry 2 thick slices of egg.
