How to make dakdoritang. First, trim the vegetables.
Peel potatoes, carrots, and onions and cut them into bite-size pieces.
Carrots and potatoes don't get crushed if you cut them in a circle so that the soup doesn't get murky.
You can chop the cut vegetables and keep them frozen, and use them for fried rice.
Cut the roots of the green onions, wash them clean, and cut them into big pieces
Prepare mushrooms by cutting them into bite-size pieces.
Soak the glass noodles in water beforehand.
STEP 2/9
I'm going to wash the chicken and blanch it and boil it.
If you wash the chicken, it's better to clean all the sinks around you once, so wash them carefully so that there's nothing to wash and don't splash.

Boil water enough to soak the chicken in a pot, and when the water boils, add the chicken and boil it.
Boil it until it boils up.

It's good to make the spicy chicken soup seasoning in advance while boiling the chicken.
150ml of soju, 150ml of cooking wine, four tablespoons of red pepper paste, four tablespoons of soy sauce, two tablespoons of sesame oil, one tablespoon of red pepper powder, one tablespoon of pepper, one tablespoon of minced garlic
Add the amount of spicy braised spicy chicken seasoning and mix well mix.
If there are many vegetables that have sweet taste, you can reduce soy sauce by one spoon.

Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Lastly, put the soaked glass noodles and green onions on top, close the lid, and boil over low heat for another 10 minutes.
If you put in glass noodles, you can eat all the soup, so it's good to add a little more seasoning and a little water.

It's a simple recipe for braised spicy chicken.
Maybe it's because I put in a lot of green onions, but it was personally sweet.
But if you cook braised spicy chicken like this, the meat is chewy! I don't know how delicious it is.

It's delicious to add udon noodles instead of glass noodles, and you can change vegetables according to your preference.
You can add Jeongjong instead of soju, and if you add a lot of onions and green onions, it will be sweet, so be careful.
