STEP 1/9
Cut the ripe cabbage kimchi into bite-size pieces
STEP 2/9
Prepare green onions and hot pepper
STEP 3/9
Place the cut kimchi in a pot and add water or broth to cover slightly
STEP 4/9
When it starts to boil, cut the spam into small pieces and add it
STEP 5/9
Can I have a can of tuna
STEP 6/9
Add minced garlic/pepper flakes very little
STEP 7/9
I added an extra tablespoon of red pepper powder, but adjust it to your taste
STEP 8/9
Boil for 15 minutes, season at the end and add salt/sugar
*You don't need to season the kimchi with salt or you can adjust or subtract the amount of sugar depending on the sour taste of kimchi
STEP 9/9
Lastly, add the sliced green onion/Chungyang chili and boil it for 3 to 5 minutes
I just put everything in the tuna can because it's low in oil, but if it's a regular tuna can, it's better to remove the oil
