[Golden recipe for seasoned oyster mushroom] / I steamed oyster
When I cook, I can't escape the limit of simple recipes, and I take turns cooking with the same recipe. Just as you need a paradigm shift in your life, you need to try new recipes that deviate from the existing framework when you cook. These small attempts, which seem like nothing, can be a small opportunity to escape from boring daily life, and small deviations can be a source of vitality in daily life. I steamed oyster mushroom and seasoned it spicy, but it tasted better than I expected, so I'll share it with you.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Take a strand of oyster mushroom
The pepper I used is small and soft
So I just used it. It's a bit big and thick
It's better to cut it in half vertically
I think so. Because oyster mushroom
It takes a short time to cook
in order to keep time for each other to ripen
That's it. Garlic, green onion, and hot pepper
Chop it up. Cheongyang chili peppers are small
I used two, but I only used one big one big one
I think it's better to do it.
STEP 2/8
Put oyster mushroom and pepper in water
Rinse and coat with flour.
STEP 3/8
Put it in a steamer and the water starts to boil
Steam for 5 to 7 minutes and cook.
STEP 4/8
While steaming mushrooms, add all the seasoning ingredients
Put it in and make the sauce.
STEP 5/8
Mix the mushrooms with the sauce, please.
STEP 6/8
New recipe away from traditional dishes
I made it with that, but the taste was better than I expected
It was okay.
STEP 7/8
It's spicy, fragrant, and chewy
It was fine.
It'll taste good with rice
It's the same.
STEP 8/8
It's not stir-fried in oil, so it tastes clean
It was nice to feel refreshed.
I'm going to try making it like this next time :)
It doesn't take much time to cook oyster mushrooms, so check the time It's good to give :)
