The tofu dish that I'm going to tell you today is a recipe with tofu as the main dish! It is a tofu hot pot that boils and takes care of nutrition by adding tofu to the meat in a spicy and refreshing soup.

The back leg meat was cheap, so I bought it and ground it myself.
You can use front leg meat or pork belly.

Of course, it's okay to skip it, and it's delicious even with green onions.
