Making Vienna sausage tomato risotto

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Wash 1/2 cup rice clean and soak for more than 30 minutes.
STEP 2/14
Pour 1 sheet of kelp and 1 cup of water to make kelp water.

Cut the tomato with a cross and blanch it slightly in boiling water to peel it.

Chop 1/4 onions, 1 potato, and 2cm carrot.

Grease a dirgun pan and stir-fry minced garlic.

When the rice grains become transparent, add kelp water, stir it once, and cook it with a lid on.

Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.

When the rice grains are spread, cut the peeled tomatoes into bite-size pieces and mix them gently.
