Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Wash abalone thoroughly with a toothbrush. I'm going to put the whole thing in and wipe the skin clean.
STEP 2/7
Take out the abalone teeth at the end and rinse them in water.
*Make sure to remove it as it grumbles like a sand grain.
STEP 3/7
Place the trimmed abalone in the container one by one.
STEP 4/7
Whole garlic is sliced.
STEP 5/7
Chop 1 row of green onion and slice the lemon.
STEP 6/7
In a pot, 4C water, 1C soy sauce, 1/2C cheongju,
3T of plum extract, 2T of ginger extract, 3T of grain syrup or starch syrup, 4 dried peppers, 1 row of green onions, 1t of whole pepper, 2 sheets of kelp, and 2 sheets of soy sauce.
STEP 7/7
Abalone, chopped green onions, sliced garlic, and boiled lemon
You can pour soy sauce and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
If you leave it for two to three days, it's more delicious because it's aged.
Abalone has a lot of foreign substances on it, so please wash it thoroughly, including the shell. It's delicious if you make abalone sauce and leave it for one day, but if you ripen it for two to three days, you can eat more delicious abalone sauce.
