Add 1 egg and 2TB of sugar and mix.

Add 100ml of milk and mix well.

Mix 1TB of sugar in a wide, flat dish (or cup) and 1TB of water.

Heat it in the microwave for about 2 minutes and then turn it little by little every 10 seconds to see the color. If it's slightly less dark brown than the picture, it's a success.
Then add 0.5 teaspoon of water and mix.

Place the egg water on top of the caramel syrup.
After that, heat it in the microwave for about 1 minute and cook it little by little every 10 seconds.

Cover with foil and let stand at room temperature and cook over residual heat for about 30 minutes.
After that, let it cool in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
STEP 7/7
Turn the bowl (cup) upside down and the pudding is done!
Microwave performance is different, so you have to choose by looking at the color and texture every 10 seconds.
