STEP 1/8
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Wash figs clean and drain with kitchen towel
STEP 3/8
Cut off the tip and make a cross cut
STEP 4/8
Add a moderate amount of goat cheese into the cut
STEP 5/8
Cover figs well with prosciutto
STEP 6/8
Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper
STEP 7/8
Place in preheated oven and cook for 25 minutes
STEP 8/8
Sprinkle with honey and decorate with Italian parsley

- I tried using Fleur de Cell salt from Gerland, France, which is called the flower of salt
- If the pungent goat cheese is attractive, but you don't like it, replace it with gorgonzola or brie cheese
- Actually, I used Austrian specs, not prosciutto
- Used Bezeca Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-If you like balsamic, you can add it
