A simple and light bowl of kiwi salad udon!! I added kiwi to the savory sesame dressing and mixed it with salad vegetables.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
First, prepare ingredients to make sesame dressing with green kiwi.

Put 3T of sesame seeds, 2T of sugar, 1T of soy sauce, 1T of lemon juice, and 2T of mayonnaise in a blender.

Cut 1 kiwi roughly and put it together.

And grind it.
Taste it and adjust the proportion of the sauce little by little according to your taste.
The sesame dressing is simply done.

Slice salad vegetables such as lettuce, chicory, and cherry tomatoes and kiwis.

Boil the udon noodles in boiling water for about 2 minutes.

Rinse the well-boiled udon noodles in cold water.

Add half of the kiwi sesame dressing over the udon noodles and mix thoroughly.
