Prepare three small sweet potatoes and two eggs ~

Boil the sweet potatoes

After cooling it down, crush the sweet potatoes with a fork

If the sweet potato is sweet, you can just use it and I added a tablespoon of organic agave syrup. Mix it well.

Separate the egg into the white and the yolk

Add 2 yolks to the sweet potato batter and mix well ^^

Put the egg whites in a stainless bowl and make a firm meringue.

Divide the meringue that is firmly placed about three times and mix it evenly into the sweet potato batter.

The dough is done.

In a microwave-safe glass container, lightly coat the kitchen towel with cooking oil and apply it to the light stick inside the bowl.

Put the dough in a glass bowl about two-thirds, cover it with a wrap, and then poke holes with a toothpick.

Take it out of the microwave and let it cool.

Let it cool enough and cut it into bite-size pieces.
