Prepare the pure yellow oyster mushroom by blanching it slightly and squeezing the water out.

Blanch bean sprouts slightly in boiling water, wash them in cold water, and squeeze out the water.

Put the blanched oyster mushroom, shredded cucumber, shredded crab meat, and shredded red pepper in a large bowl.

Mix the ingredients evenly to make the sauce.

Put the pure oyster mushroom bean sprouts vinegar sauce into the prepared ingredients,

If you mix it gently until the seasoning is full, you're done with pure oyster mushroom, bean sprouts, and seasoned vinegar.

Sweet and sour side dishes that go well with chewy yellow oyster mushroom pureness and crunchy bean sprouts and cucumbers are more delicious if you cook and eat them cold.
The texture of oyster mushrooms and bean sprouts is good only when blanched slightly.
