Fresh kiwi pie
I made a pie with the fresh and sweet braised kiwi. A dessert made simple with bread!

  • Sugar
    60g
  • lemon juice

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Peel the kiwi and chop it into small pieces
STEP 2/11
Prepare 60g of sugar
STEP 3/11
Add kiwi and sugar to pan and bring to a boil over medium heat
STEP 4/11
When water comes out of the kiwi and the pulp is tender, lower the heat
Keep boiling and boil it down
STEP 5/11
Add a spoonful of lemon juice and continue to boil
When the water decreases and thickens, turn off the heat and let cool for a while

Beat in 1 egg and make egg water
STEP 7/11
Roll the bread with a rolling pin
STEP 8/11
Spread egg mixture on the edges of the bread
Make cuts on the top of the bread and put a lot of braised kiwis on the bottom

Fold it so that the cut side is up and press it down with a fork

Spread egg mixture on top and bake in an air fryer at 190 degrees for 7 minutes
