Prepare the ingredients

First, water the non-glutinous rice. Mix 1tbsp of water in the non-glutinous rice and let it down finely through a sieve. When you put the powder on a strainer and hold it with your hands, the dough is just right if it doesn't scatter.
When it's on a sieve, mix 11/2 tbsp of sugar evenly

Prepare a kitchen towel on a bamboo steamer and a steaming sheet on it.

Place the cooking mold in a steamer and put the sugar powder evenly into the cooking mold.

Combine remaining sugar 1 1/2 tbsp with boiled red beans and place on top of rice flour in a cooking mold.

Steam it in a steamer for 8-10 minutes, and in the middle, separate the rice cakes from the cooking mold. After steaming, let it simmer for about 3 minutes

If you boil red beans, you can use them all If you have pre-made red beans, it's very easy to make steamed rice cake. And you can easily get non-glutinous rice powder from the market I recommend wet rather than dry.
