Sometimes it's too much trouble to cook and eat.:) I'm so used to kimchi fried rice that I don't crave it and I don't like ramen.. I don't know what to cook... It reminds me of this! I remembered a row of pork belly in the freezer. It tastes the same as the fried rice you eat at a meat restaurant! I'll make samgyeopsal ssamjang fried rice that you can make quickly if you just have samgyeopsal.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
I cut the pork belly in advance.
(It's okay to grill it with a whole material first and cut it into bite-size pieces later.) And I cut the kimchi into small pieces.
If you put too much kimchi, it will be closer to kimchi fried rice, so I didn't put too much.
STEP 2/12
I'll start cooking now.
Pour a little cooking oil into the pan and add pork belly.
And add salt and pepper.

To make ssamjang fried rice, add the kimchi that was cut beforehand.

Normally, kimchi fried rice is colored with kimchi and kimchi soup, but it doesn't have much kimchi, right?

You can add color with ssamjang and season it.
If you put in too much ssamjang, it can be salty.
You can season it little by little according to the amount of rice you put in. I put in 1.5 spoons and it suited my taste.
And stir-fry it so that it gets on the way on the rice.

And there was steam left over, so I cut it and put it in. (It's a waste to throw away the leftover soggy seaweed, so it's good to put it in fried rice or use it as an egg roll.)
And I added 0.5 spoon of sesame oil.
After you stir-fry it well, turn off the gas and put in the sesame seeds!

It's even better because it has a lot of pork belly. :)

Can you just eat it. The fried egg was also soft-boiled and put it on the rice to pop it.
It's even more fantastic to cook beef radish soup that goes well with Samgyeopsal Ssamjang fried rice.

Kimchi fried rice tastes better when you pop the yolk. Fried eggs go well with ssamjang fried rice.
With pork belly and ssamjang, it tastes the same as the meat restaurant's fried rice.

If I had perilla leaves, I wanted to cut them into small pieces, but I only have sprout barley that I'm growing at home.
I put sprout barley in pork belly ssamjang fried rice and mixed it together.
The kimchi you can chew from time to time was also very delicious.
It's really good to have fried rice right after you grill pork belly.
- It's even more delicious if you put half-boiled eggs on top. - It's delicious even if you put perilla leaves or lettuce on top.
