    2pack
  • Soy sauce
    10spoon
  • salted anchovies

    1spoon
  • Water
    8spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
Wash the dallae in running water.
STEP 2/16
Let it soak for a while.
That way, it's easier to peel.
STEP 3/16
Remove the roots and skin of the dried pollack.
STEP 4/16
Drain the tray.
STEP 5/16
Cut the dallae into 2cm pieces.
I cut it into 2cm pieces because it's delicious to chew on it, and if you want to cut it smaller, cut it into 1cm pieces.
STEP 6/16
Add 10 spoons of soy sauce with an adult spoon.
STEP 7/16
Add 2 spoons of anchovy sauce or sand lance extract with an adult spoon.
STEP 8/16
Add 1 spoon of sesame oil with an adult spoon.
STEP 9/16
Add 2 spoons of plum juice with an adult spoon.
STEP 10/16
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
STEP 11/16
Add 1 spoon of red pepper powder with an adult spoon.
STEP 12/16
Add 2 spoons of sesame salt with an adult spoon.
STEP 13/16
Add 8 spoons of water with an adult spoon, but if you prefer a slightly bland one, add 10 spoons.
STEP 14/16
Mix the sauce evenly.
STEP 15/16
Mix it well with the dallae.
STEP 16/16
It's done.
If you mix it with rice, add more water.
