Spicy flatfish dumplings
I made it after thinking about what kind of dishes are there to maximize the compatibility of fresh halibut sashimi and various vegetables. It is a dish that combines flatfish sashimi with chewy texture and crispy dumpling skin to create an extreme taste.

Cut the flatfish sashimi by adjusting the thickness to suit your taste. It tastes good when it's moderately thick.

Add the amount of red pepper paste, soy sauce, red pepper powder, vinegar, sugar, ground garlic, sesame oil, and pepper and mix well.

Cut the dumpling skin in half and grill it slightly in oil. The color will change quickly, so please cook it over medium heat.

Add the prepared halibut sashimi, onions, and sauce and mix them well. Add sesame oil at the end.
