Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil + a pinch of salt and when heated, add about 50g of 1/4 cup popcorn and close the lid.
STEP 2/6
Remove popcorn, add 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and water, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, and boil down. When it starts to melt
STEP 3/6
Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and mix. It will swell
STEP 4/6
Add half a cup of whipped cream and mix it again.
STEP 5/6
The color is getting darker.. When the color is almost complete, add a tablespoon of butter and mix until completely melted.
STEP 6/6
The color got darker. Then pour in the popcorn and mix it. It looks like it'll get on your hands when you mix it, but it won't get on your hands when you eat it because it hardens quickly.
Taste it now. It seems too sweet, but it's moderately sweet when you eat it with popcorn. It's good.
Adding all the ingredients will add a rich flavor, but without butter, it tastes like caramel.
