STEP 1/16
First, season the sirloin steak.
Steak is 200g to 250g for one person.
It's okay if it's a little small, but if there's a lot of meat, it's more delicious, so I prepared plenty.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil to season.

I'm also making the sauce for steak over rice in advance.
You can mix it with 1 ratio of tsuyu and 1 cooking wine, and this goes better with steak over rice than steak sauce.

Pour the sauce over the steak into the seasoned steak and marinate it again.
About 10-15 minutes

Wash cabbage and chop it to make it easy to eat, and if it's difficult, you can use a chopping knife.
You can skip it because it will be used as a salad, or at least it's okay.
One handful per serving is enough.

Remove the top of the garlic and slice it thinly,

Chop the onions and prepare them.

Melt a spoon of butter in a heated pan and pour some olive oil

Bake the steak on the highest heat while maintaining the heat.
You can grill it to your liking, but I'm going to grill it with medium rare, so it's crispy on the outside for about 2 minutes.
Grill the other side the same, and sometimes tilt the pan and pour butter on it, and that's how you cook the steak.

Wrap the grilled end steak in foil and roast it for a while, and stir-fry the onions.
Saute the steak in a pan to make the onions transparent, and fry the garlic until golden brown.
Make garlic flakes.

If I fry the garlic flakes, the lasting would have been over.
You can peel the foil and slice the steak.
You can cut the thickness according to your preference, but personally, thin slices go better with steak rice than thick ones.

If you put it in a bowl, you're done with steak rice.

Put only half of the rice in a bowl, and put the sliced steak on top like cup rice.
Place a little more rice on top of it, and stack the onions in the middle like a mountain.

You can sprinkle the steki-dong sauce between the rice.
It might be salty, so I recommend you try it and sprinkle it according to your preference.
You can skip the garlic, and you don't have to use the sirloin steak, but anything like chuck eye rolls, fan meat, and sirloin is fine.
