Dolce Greenkiwi & Burata..It's delicious!!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Prepare Jasper Green kiwi.
The undercooked kiwi ripens at room temperature for about two days.
STEP 2/10

Peel the washed kiwi and shape it into a circle with 1t spoon of measurement.
Three kiwi balls are made per piece.
I make a total of six.
Kiwi Jjaturi is used in cold soup.

Slice the mini paprika into 0.5cm thick pieces.

Put kiwi chips in a blender and 30g of thick Greek yogurt
Add 3g of stir-fried bay salt

Add the frozen yogurt and grind it for the second time. (It tastes better when it's cold.) Slush

Put the kiwi cold soup in a pasta bowl.

Center the burrata cheese and place the kiwi in a Binggrae circular array so that the black seed is visible. Place roasted sweet potatoes at intervals and add a little mini paprika to match the color.

Tear the washed green salad and put in a few pieces.
(Recommended for frill ice and rucola)
Decorate the apple mint leaves on top of the burrata cheese

Cut burrata cheese into bite-sized spoons and eat it with kiwi and cold soup.
