It's kind of hard to get an observation wheel, and sometimes we use panchettana bacon as a substitute.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Mix egg mixture to make egg mixture
STEP 2/8
Boil 10g of salt per liter of water and boil spaghetti noodles
STEP 3/8
In a pan, cut the roe into appropriate sizes and drain the oil over medium-low heat
STEP 4/8
Remove spaghetti noodles from alcio-do (2 minutes before al dente) and place in pan
STEP 5/8
Add a ladle of noodles and cook until al dente. Mix until oil is well emulsified
STEP 6/8
Remove from heat, cool pan thoroughly and add egg mixture
STEP 7/8
Stir quickly over low heat with a slight heat
STEP 8/8
Done! After plating, sprinkle cheese and pepper on top
