Cooking Steps

STEP 1/7

Rip pure oyster mushrooms into proper sizes by hand.

STEP 2/7

Place the torn mushrooms in a bowl.

STEP 3/7

Add salt to mushrooms and pickle for about 10 minutes.

STEP 4/7

Shred the onion.

STEP 5/7

Squeeze the salted mushrooms by hand.

STEP 6/7

Put mushrooms and onions in a bowl.

STEP 7/7

Add red pepper powder, fish sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and vinegar and mix.

* It's delicious if you mix it with the sauce and stir-fry it.
