STEP 1/6
I used peeled quail eggs.
If you use this, you can wash it under running water and prepare it.
If you just bought a quail egg, prepare it by boiling water with half a teaspoon of salt, half a spoonful of vinegar and quail eggs.
STEP 2/6
If you add Cheongyang red pepper, you can cut 2~3 pieces and prepare it.
If you make kkari pepper quail egg jangjorim, you don't have to cut it, and if it's a baby side dish, skip it.
Instead of picking up the cheongyang peppers one by one, if you put them in to make them slightly spicy, you can put them in a container.
STEP 3/6
Put quail eggs in a wok or pot and season them with marinated quail eggs.
Add soy sauce 3-4, oligosaccharide 1, sugar 1, a cup of water, cooking wine 2, and pepper.
If you like something slightly salty, you can add four tablespoons of soy sauce, or three tablespoons of soy sauce if you want to keep eating less salty.
It's better to control the amount of sugar or oligosaccharide to your liking.
STEP 4/6
Put the cheongyang peppers in the pot and boil them together.
If all the marinated quail eggs are added, bring to a boil over medium heat.
Since it's soy sauce soup, if it burns after boiling, it can taste burnt all over the quail eggs, so boil it over medium heat,
When it starts to boil, lower the heat and boil it down. That's the point of braised quail eggs.
Stir occasionally and cook slowly, and you're done with marinated quail eggs!
STEP 5/6
When the marinated quail egg turns brown overall, it is completed, and it can be reduced to low heat and boiled down for 15 to 20 minutes.
STEP 6/6
I cooled it down and put it in a side dish container.
You can eat it for a long time because it's braised, but if you eat it little by little, you can eat it longer!
Make simple side dishes that you can put in the refrigerator
It's good as a lunch box and a baby's side dish.
Of course, make marinated quail eggs, which adults also love. :D
