I made jam because I thought the fruit had a different lifespan. It's made with a peach and two apples and brown sugar and cinnamon powder. I bought purified water using a steam iron Looking at the ingredients I received by courier, they put purified water in the sauce. So I thought I could use this purified water for jam. You can use it because it's purified water that has been filtered out. It's also much cleaner than bottled water. It's also called braised apples. It's not ground apple. ^^ I made green onion scones and put this apple peach jam on top

Ingredients

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Put the bottle upside down in boiling water and disinfect it using steam.
STEP 2/6
Two apples are peeled and used only for the kernel, so chop them into small pieces and prepare them.

Add peaches to the chopped apple. The peach took a long time, so it just crumbled right away and became like it was ground.

Add brown sugar and cinnamon powder first and boil it down over low heat while stirring well.

There is no water, so add purified water and boil it down while mixing it well. As the brown sugar became caramelized, it became a steamed apple peach with an eerie feeling, and became jam. Let it cool for a while and put it in a container

To eat it with green onion scones, I put some apple peach jam in it. It's apple peach jam that you can easily make and eat, and it's done with braised apples. It wasn't that sweet, but you could feel the crunchy texture of the apple. It was also jam.
