Cooking Steps

Mix the seasoning evenly in a large bowl beforehand.

Add sliced pork for bulgogi.
STEP 3/6
Mix well and refrigerate for 30 to 1 hour.(If you don't have time, you can skip it, but it's less delicious because the seasoning doesn't soak into the inside.)

Place the meat in a heated pan and stir-fry it well so that it does not burn over medium-low heat.

If you have a torch when it's fried until golden, you can make it more charcoal-grilled if you shoot it with a torch. (Be careful of the fire instead!!!)
