Recipe for bacon rolls with enoki mushrooms and perilla leaves

  • Bacon
    6piece
  • enoki mushroom
    1pack
  • Sesame leaf
    6piece
  • Cooking oil
    2t
  • Soy sauce
    2T
  • Red pepper powder
    1T
  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
After cutting the bottom of the enoki mushroom, gently loosen the lumps with your hands
STEP 2/8
I'll put bacon on top of course
STEP 3/8
After putting perilla leaves on top
STEP 4/8
Add an appropriate amount of enoki mushrooms and roll them
STEP 5/8
Mix 2T soy sauce, 1T red pepper powder, 1T sesame oil and make soy sauce to dip

Grease a pan with cooking oil and bake until bacon is cooked
STEP 7/8
Turn the roll upside down so that it doesn't get loose
