Easy-to-make braised tofu # braised tofu with vegetables

Ingredients
  • Tofu
    300g
  • Carrot
    1/2ea
  • King oyster mushroom
    1/3ea
  • Green pepper
    1ea
  • leek
    1/2ea
  • Olive
    1.5T
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • thick soy sauce
    3T
  • Starch syrup
    2T
  • Sesame
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Pour 3T of cooking oil in a pan, cut tofu flat over high heat, shred carrots, and stir-fry
STEP 2/5
Chop the mushrooms, peppers, and green onions
STEP 3/5
When the tofu is golden brown, cook the other side, too Stir-fry the carrots while stirring
STEP 4/5
Add the sliced saesongi mushrooms and chili and green onions and stir-fry them evenly with 1T of minced garlic, 3T of thick soy sauce, and starch syrup
STEP 5/5
If you stir-fry it all, it's done Add the right amount of sliced olives and sprinkle pepper and sesame seeds
I put it in because there are canned sliced olives. (It's optional)
