I made a kimchi seasoning for all around. The last time, The first thing I did after ripening was to eat it right away I made fresh kimchi first. 3 small medium-sized cabbages This time, it's pickled fresh kimchi. It's from the secret of Noppo It's a fresh kimchi that mimics the fresh kimchi of a seafood noodle restaurant. The characteristic of fresh kimchi in seafood kalguksu is, I grind pepper and garlic It was characterized by adding seafood kalguksu broth to glutinous rice paste and mixing it with seasoning. Instead, it's geotjeori that you put in pickled cabbage without any other ingredients and mix it with the sauce and eat it right away I used to ripen it and eat it with ripe kimchi, I put in additional ingredients. I added onions, carrots, chives, and chives to make fresh kimchi that I can eat right away. The broth is natural seasoning seafood broth.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Rip each piece of cabbage, wash it neatly, and then add thick salt and pickle it.
STEP 2/4
Wash the pickled cabbage once and season it. If it's salty, wash it 3-4 times and drain it. If you think the seasoning is right, just wash it once and squeeze the water out. Add chives, chives, carrots, and onions to the drained pickled cabbage. Slice carrots and onions. Cut it according to the thickness of the chives or chives. I didn't put in radish. The more you put in the radish, the more water comes out. It is recommended not to add radish to fresh kimchi as much as possible

Add the prepared kimchi seasoning and mix it well.
Maybe it's because it's pickled cabbage, but it's getting water. Geotjeori, which is just made without pickling, is not easy to get water. But this soup can also be a very good ingredient. Fresh kimchi made with cabbage is complete.
STEP 4/4
I hurriedly dissolved the soybean paste and boiled the pork neck. It's boiled pork made with only soybean paste. Geotjeori with boiled pork is also the best taste. Fresh kimchi with boiled pork is done!!!
