Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Chop cabbage, carrots, and onions and pickle them in 2 tablespoons of salt for 30 to 40 minutes
STEP 2/3
While the cabbage is pickled, let it cool with sticky rice paste
STEP 3/3
Pour 2L of bottled water into pickled cabbage, ripen it for half a day at room temperature, and then ripen it in a kimchi refrigerator for a day before eating it deliciously and coolly.
If you like sweet and sour things, adding plum extract doubles the flavor.
