STEP 1/12
Slice two potatoes and boil them
Poke it with a fork, until it goes in
STEP 2/12
Mash well-cooked potatoes with a fork and beat well with salt and sugar
It's going to be ground, so I roughly crushed it anyway
Then, let it cool
STEP 3/12
Chop up two onions
Add enough oil, add a slice of butter, and stir-fry the onions
I'm going to caramelize onions
20 minutes on high heat
20 minutes on medium heat
20 minutes on low heat
If you invest about an hour, the sweet taste and flavor of the onion come alive
I reduced the time a bit
STEP 4/12
Add ground pork to the stir-fried onion and cut vegetables and stir-fry them Haha
Add some pepper
Stir-fry it
I put the meat in the refrigerator because it was ground
STEP 5/12
Add 5 cups of water to the ingredients
Then, when it boils, add curry and high rice powder and mix well
I had a kid, so I mixed high rice powder
STEP 6/12
Now, boil it over low heat
Curry is done
For cream curry udon, you can use leftover curry at home
You can just stir-fry onions
You can adjust the ingredients. :-)
STEP 7/12
When the mashed potatoes get cold, blender or goblin bat is good
This is all we have
Add potatoes and whipped cream and grind finely
STEP 8/12
Cream is complete
Then, put it in the squeezer and go into the refrigerator
STEP 9/12
No squeezing
No zipper pack
So I just put it in a disposable plastic bag
I just need to cut it slightly and squeeze it. I didn't have to spend money
STEP 10/12
Let's boil the udon
Add the slightly blanched udon to the curry and bring to a boil
Or you can just put it in curry and boil it
I'm just going to put it in
STEP 11/12
Then transfer curry and udon to a bowl and cool it down slightly
+ If the curry is too hot, the whipped cream melts
It's dripping
STEP 12/12
On top of slightly cooled curry udon, sprinkle the potato cream in the refrigerator as if it is rolled
I just cut the disposable sanitary bag and squeezed it
Isn't it pretty good
Cool curry udon and sprinkle with potatoes
