Cooking Steps

Wash bean sprouts thoroughly, put them in a pot, add only a cup of water (200ml), close the lid of the pot, and boil
When steam comes up from the hole in the pot lid, boil it for another minute, turn off the gas, leave it there for a minute, and then open the lid
