STEP 1/5
First, make a dough by matching the concentration of flour and water.
(I put in the flour and add the concentration little by little with water to adjust it. Add 1/2 cup of pancake powder and 1/3 cup of water little by little to adjust the concentration.)

STEP 2/5
When the dough is made, you can put in the sprout barley and pork. I cut the pork into small pieces for the stew and put it in.
And wash the sprout barley thoroughly and cut it into bite-size pieces. I didn't cut it too small. To show the shape of the sprout barley, I cut it into the size of my pinky.
Then mix well with the dough.
STEP 3/5
Now, I'm going to make the sprout barley pancake.
Grease a heated pan with plenty of cooking oil and place the dough in the desired size. And spread it out thinly. That way, it's crispy!
It tastes better when it's crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.
Turn over and cook well until golden.
STEP 5/5
It's more reassuring to grow and eat sprout barley yourself, and it's even better because it's good for your health if you eat an appropriate amount.
I heard that it's better to eat the sprout barley cold, but it's bitter if you just eat it with the seasoned barley, so I like eating it more.
If you make it like a pancake and put in the sprout barley, it's delicious.
