STEP 1/10
Please prepare the ingredients.
* Vanilla extract is intended to remove the fishy smell of eggs, but it can be omitted.
STEP 2/10
Sift the flour (thin flour, corn starch) into the egg yolk.
STEP 3/10
Add sugar and vanilla extract and mix well.
STEP 4/10
Mix thoroughly with a whisk.
STEP 5/10
That's the end of the first course.
STEP 6/10
Pour milk into a pot and bring to a boil.
STEP 7/10
When bubbles form on the edges and start to boil, reduce the heat to low and add egg yolks mixed with powder.
STEP 8/10
Bring to a boil, stirring well so that the bottom does not burn.
When starch is added, it thickens quickly. If it's too dry, you can add milk.
If the powder doesn't dissolve well and becomes lumpy, you can put it down on a sieve.
STEP 9/10
When the desired concentration is reached, melt the butter and you're done.
STEP 10/10
Check the texture of the concentration with your eyes.
Material Tip
* If you use the egg up to the white, you only need to prepare two.
* You can use 20g of flour or cornstarch.
* Sugar can be added or subtracted according to your preference. If you want something sweeter, you can add it.
