There was frozen shrimp, so I defrosted it in water, and soaked the seaweed.

Wash the seaweed in running water.

Place 1 tablespoon of sesame oil or perilla oil in a pot.

Add seaweed, 0.5 tablespoons of minced garlic, and stir-fry them over medium heat.

Stir-fry 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1/2 tablespoon of salt. You can add or subtract salt to taste. I tend to eat blandly, so I put in less salt.

Boil 1 instant rice in 1 liter of water. Please put instant rice right away without heating it.

Cover and simmer over medium-low heat.

It's a bit thick after boiling for 10 minutes, right? Add the shrimp and boil it for about 5 minutes, and it's done.

Lastly, I wrapped it with sesame oil and ate it.
