STEP 1/10
Prepare onions and bacon by chopping them into small pieces.

Grease a heated pan and stir-fry chopped onions.

When the onion is half cooked, add bacon and stir-fry.

When bacon is cooked, stir-fry chopped cabbage kimchi.

When kimchi is stir-fried, add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, and 3 bowls of rice.

When the rice is all mixed, add seaweed flakes and stir-fry it again.

Add green onions and stir-fry them.
You can put it in a bowl and sprinkle some green onions, but I cooked the green onions for the kids.

Turn off the heat and finish with sesame seeds and sesame oil.
STEP 9/10
Put kimchi fried rice in a bowl and put a fried egg on it.
STEP 10/10
Sprinkle sesame seeds and chives.
You can enjoy a different taste even if you make pork belly instead of bacon.
