Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Add onion skin, green onion root, green onion, apple, and sunny side up.
STEP 2/5
When 2 liters of water are cut in half, the beef is taken out and the water is filtered through a sieve.

Seaweed is soaked and beef is cut into bite-size pieces.
STEP 4/5
