  • Red pepper powder

  • Fish sauce with sand lance extract

  • Korean style soy sauce
    1/2TS
  • Starch syrup
    1/2TS
  • crushed garlic

  • Sesame
    1/2TS
Cooking Steps

Peel the burdock and slice it slightly thick.

Blanch salt in boiling water for 1 minute.

Rinse blanched burdock with cold water and cool off to drain.

Put the seasoning ingredients in a bowl and mix them evenly.

Drain and add burdock.

Mix them evenly.

Store in an airtight container in a refrigerator.
(You can eat it right away without aging.)
If the burdock salad is too thick, the seasoning will turn around and taste bad, and it is also important to drain enough water before mixing.
