Super simple tofu dish for children
There's no meat, and when kids need protein side dishes.. When I'm tired of everything...a super-fast tofu dish. It's good for breakfast, too

Cooking Steps

In a silicone egg steamer, cut the tofu in small pieces and put it in.

Put some vegetables in the house on top of it.
(I had onions and pumpkins, so I added a little.)

Sprinkle 1T of soy sauce, 1T of oligosaccharide, and 1T of sesame oil evenly.
Sprinkle sesame salt in advance.

Microwave for about 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

Remove from the microwave and mix thoroughly so that the seasoning is well mixed.

Put it in a bowl
If you don't have vegetables, add more tofu and just tofu is delicious. If you want more salty and sweet, add more soy sauce and oligosaccharide.
