STEP 1/15
Add 50ml (4T) of milk to 50ml (4T) of boiling hot water in a pot and add 1t of dry yeast while warm
*Dryist should be refrigerated for a long time
STEP 2/15
Add 2 tons of sugar and 0.5 tons of salt
STEP 3/15
Stir in yeast and sugar salt and melt roughly
STEP 4/15
Add 2T of olive oil
STEP 5/15
Add 120g of multi-purpose flour (both strong and gravity flour are fine)
STEP 6/15
Knead well to the insides. If you over-adjust the water and the dough is sticky, add a little more olive oil to the dough and it will get less on your hands
STEP 7/15
You can wrap it or cover it with a bowl and let it ferment for about an hour until the dough doubles
*If the dough does not swell, the milk may be less warm or dead yeast
STEP 8/15
I was bloated after an hour
STEP 9/15
Knead and remove the gas
STEP 10/15
Divide it into two pieces
STEP 11/15
Spread one thin 5mm thick (blend it with your hands or with a rolling pin) and heat it in a rice cooker for 9 minutes
*Lid the remaining dough so it doesn't dry and wait for the next step
STEP 12/15
Grilled. If you want it to look uneven and flat, you can spread it out with a rolling pin
STEP 13/15
Spread the second batter to 5mm thick, put it in a rice cooker and reheat it for 9 minutes.
In the meantime, eat the first bread first Haha
It's good to eat it with jam
STEP 14/15
If you take out the second bread, it's pita bread and flat bread! You can make it thinner and use it as a pizza base
STEP 15/15
On this day, I had a meal with Indian chicken curry instead. It goes well with Gambas, too
