Making a boiled egg sandwich easily and simply
I made a simple egg sandwich for a holiday breakfast with only boiled eggs.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Peel 5 boiled eggs, separate them into white and yolk, and finely chop the white.
STEP 2/9
Put the yolk in a bowl and mash it finely with a fork.
STEP 3/9
Chop 20 cucumber pickles finely.
STEP 4/9
Place the egg yolk in a mashed bowl with chopped white and chopped pickles.

Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of whole grain mustard, 1/2 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, and a little herb salt and mix them evenly.

Prepare 4 slices of bread, 2 slices of ham, and 2 slices of cheese. Place a slice of cheese on a slice of bread.
