Making a boiled egg sandwich easily and simply
I made a simple egg sandwich for a holiday breakfast with only boiled eggs.

  • Mayonnaise

  • Whole Grain Mustard

  • Oligosaccharide

  • Herb salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Peel 5 boiled eggs, separate them into white and yolk, and finely chop the white.
STEP 2/9
Put the yolk in a bowl and mash it finely with a fork.
STEP 3/9
Chop 20 cucumber pickles finely.
STEP 4/9
Place the egg yolk in a mashed bowl with chopped white and chopped pickles.
STEP 5/9
Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of whole grain mustard, 1/2 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, and a little herb salt and mix them evenly.
STEP 6/9
Prepare 4 slices of bread, 2 slices of ham, and 2 slices of cheese. Place a slice of cheese on a slice of bread.

And put a slice of ham on top

Take half of the prepared egg sauce and cover it with bread to make an egg sandwich. Make two egg sandwiches like this.

Cover the egg sandwich tightly with plastic wrap. And cut it in half.
