STEP 1/8
Slice the s, potatoes, and onions into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/8
Prepare the green and red peppers diagonally. If it's green onion, cut it diagonally, and cut the chives into 2cm pieces
STEP 3/8
Put the pork front leg meat in a pot, add 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and mix well.
STEP 4/8
Pour water into a pot about two-thirds, and when it boils up, add the potatoes and bring to a boil.
STEP 5/8
If you take out the foam in the middle, you can taste the stew more neatly.
STEP 6/8
Adjust the seasoning with salted shrimp and add 1.5 tablespoons of red pepper powder. I added half a tablespoon of salted shrimp and then added a little more later. If you season it with salted shrimp, you don't have to boil the broth separately.
STEP 7/8
When it boils, add pumpkin and onion and bring to a boil. I added 1 tablespoon of mushroom powder from my mom here. If you add a spoonful of this with multi-purpose powder, it's very tasty. If you don't have mushroom powder, of course you can skip it, and the savory taste of salted shrimp is good enough.
STEP 8/8
When the ingredients are fully cooked while boiling, you can add green pepper and green onion and boil it a little more before eating it.
