Migoren is an Indonesian-style stir-fried noodles with sweet and salty taste. I applied it because the texture of Shin Ramyun Fried Noodles is similar to that of Southeast Asia. I can't get enough of the upgraded spicy sweet and salty taste.

Cooking Steps

Wash and prepare the ingredients.

Season the shredded pork with minced garlic, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

Slice whole garlic and shred onion according to grain.

Remove the bottom of bok choy.
