Pickled vegetables using tsuyu
Tzuyu, a Japanese soy sauce. It's a cooking recipe that uses tsuyu. Tzuyu has different concentrations for each brand, so you can check and use it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut carrots into 1cm thick pieces.
STEP 2/6
Cut the green onion into 6-7cm pieces.
STEP 3/6
Prepare the tsuyu.
STEP 4/6
Prepare disinfected bottles.
STEP 5/6
Grill vegetables on low heat without oil in a frying pan.
STEP 6/6
Put vegetables and tsuyu in the prepared bottle and store them in the refrigerator for one day.
* Bake vegetables only over low heat until they smell like vegetables. * You can eat it in four hours.
