STEP 1/9
Prepare the ingredients.
Please add or subtract the number of figs to your liking.
You can bake about two large plates.
STEP 2/9
Make the pancake batter as written in the pancake mix bag (egg + milk + powder)
STEP 3/9
Cut figs into round pieces about 2-3mm thick.
STEP 4/9
Cover the pan over low heat with butter (or cooking oil), then wipe the melted butter with a kitchen towel, etc.
It's the same as regular pancakes.
STEP 5/9
Pour in the batter, too.
(*Because the dough is mushy, it may be a little difficult to make it as big as me. Please make it bite-sized so that it is easy to transfer to the air fryer.)
STEP 6/9
Place figs on top of dough not yet cooked.
STEP 7/9
When the bottom is cooked, transfer it to a paper foil for air fryer and bake it at 180 degrees F for about 10 minutes.
(* Temperature and time may vary depending on the product used. Please make sure it doesn't burn.)
STEP 8/9
Bake it in the air fryer for 10 minutes.
STEP 9/9
It's golden brown and cooked deliciously cooked.
The texture of the pancake is also slightly crispy like a snack, so you can taste it with a different feeling.
Don't make it too big, but make it small in bite size. The dough that is not cooked on the top is very mushy, so it is easy to tear while moving it to the air fryer.
