Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Soak a big fist of dried oyster mushroom in warm water
STEP 2/8
Please prepare onions/carrots
STEP 3/8
Slice the onion/carrot and chop the green onion
STEP 4/8
Wash the soaked oyster mushrooms in cold water and squeeze the water as much as possible
STEP 5/8
Put olive oil in the pan, add the green onions and minced garlic, and stir-fry them for 30 seconds
STEP 6/8
Add the soaked oyster mushrooms, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and oligosaccharide, and mix them
STEP 7/8
Add onion/carrot slices and stir-fry over high heat just enough to make the onion transparent
STEP 8/8
Turn off the gas and sprinkle sesame oil/sesame oil to complete the stir-fried oyster mushroom
It's delicious as if it's stir-fried with meat
