It's savory like butter! Braised non-salty beef with egg sauce
This time, I'm going to introduce a menu that I really like and eat often. It's "Jangjorim." When I don't want to cook side dishes, I usually mix it with butter and soy sauce and eat it with kimchi. When I want to eat it more deliciously, I can finish a bowl of rice quickly even if I eat boiled eggs, crushed eggs, and only eat rice with soy sauce. Normally, I only put eggs in it and make it jangjorim, but this time, I added beef. I didn't have beef to use for jangjorim at home, so I just replaced it with sirloin in the freezer. I'm going to make braised beef with egg, which is so good to eat with rice!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
It's a waste to use delicious sirloin just by roasting it, so I used only a small amount.
(Originally, we only add eggs and make it into boiled egg sauce.)
First, soak the beef in water for about 30 minutes to drain the blood.
STEP 2/8
Add water to the pot to boil the eggs.
I added half a spoonful of salt and 1 spoon of vinegar to cover the egg.
STEP 3/8
And when the water boils, add the eggs.
I put one tablet into the ladle and carefully put it in the water. I put it in carefully.. One egg must have cracked a little. The whites of my eyes are sticking out.
I boiled the egg for about 10 minutes.
And after soaking it in cold water, I peeled it.
(I usually boil eggs in an egg steamer and use it!)
STEP 4/8
The reason I see the yolk over there is because my dog cut the white part of the egg. [Laughing].
Let the peeled eggs wait for a while.
STEP 5/8
Now I'm going to cook and use the soaked beef to get rid of the blood. I poured enough water to soak the beef in the pot, put onions, green onions, and whole garlic, and added beef.
And I cooked it. The meat was sliced, so after the water boiled, I boiled it for another 15 minutes and rescued it.
And cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 6/8
I'm good at eating jangjorim soup, so I put in plenty of water.
I put in about 150ml. And I added 3 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, and 1 spoon of oligosaccharide.
I turned on the gas stove right away, cut half of the cheongyang pepper with scissors, and sliced whole garlic.
Then add the pre-boiled eggs and bring to a boil.
Add eggs and season as they boil.
Add water, soy sauce, and sugar to suit your taste.
If the soup is almost reduced and the egg is well seasoned, add the cut beef.
And boil it for another 15 minutes.
STEP 7/8
I always make it with boiled egg sauce, but it tastes even better with beef.I wanted to eat it with octopus kimchi porridge, so I made Jangjorim in a hurry, but it was so delicious that I mixed it with white rice and ate another bowl.

STEP 8/8
I ate beef jangjorim with octopus kimchi porridge and it was really delicious. It's not salty at all even if you just scoop up the soup of braised beef with egg. Even if you just mix it with rice without butter or margarine, it's savory like butter. I had a hearty meal with this delicious braised beef with egg!
