STEP 1/7
Put 3 tablespoons of grain powder into the blender.
Some people make it easily using hand blenders, electric whisk, or bottles, but I didn't mix it because of the excessive amount of grain powder.
So I used a blender.
STEP 2/7
Put soy milk in the blender.
STEP 3/7
I'll put in 1 tablespoon of honey
Add 1 tablespoon honey for 200ml soy milk, 2 tablespoon honey for milk, and 3 tablespoon honey for just water.
STEP 4/7
Add ice to cool down.
Mother, why is grain powder so thick? It wouldn't have been ground if I didn't put ice in it.
STEP 5/7
It's thick, so it's well-grounded.
I look reliable just by looking at it, right?
I think it's also good for breakfast
STEP 6/7
I put ice on top to make it cooler.
STEP 7/7
I broke the walnuts into pieces to make them healthier.
The delicious ratio of mixed grain powder is 3 tablespoons of mixed grain powder, 1 tablespoon of honey for soy milk, 2 tablespoon of honey for milk, and 3 tablespoon of honey for just water.
