Cooking Steps

Add dark soy sauce, fish sauce, plum juice, starch syrup, water, vinegar, and red pepper powder and mix.

Chop the onion, garlic and ginger into small pieces.

Finely chop the peppers as well.

Add chopped peppers, onions, garlic and ginger to seasoning and mix well.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and mix.

Lastly, chop up the chives.
